Educators and Orenda co-founders Hannah and Sarah will share stories and documentation that highlight how multi-age learning supports children’s autonomy, leadership, empathy, and belonging. Together, we'll explore how the rhythms, rituals, and environments at Orenda foster deep engagement and community, and reflect on what it means to offer a truly authentic early childhood experience.
